As a Levy Restaurants Assistant Director of Operations, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations in achieving annual sales and profits in overall operation, while executing "The Levy Difference". You will work hand in hand with the team and the Home Office while continually gaining operations knowledge.

-Demonstrated track record of accomplishments
-Must work effectively with Senior-Level executives, operations managers, and other departments
-Preference will be given to candidates with proven ability to maximize the guest experience
-Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, effective communication and ability to collaborate with a broad range of individuals
-Candidate will be a self-starter with the skill set to make solid business decisions in a fast paced and changing environment
-Must have a strong financial acumen
-Excellent computer skills
-Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
-Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of previous Director level experience in a high volume Sports & Entertainment or Hospitality Industry. Preferably overseeing a Concessions enviornment.
