Levy Restaurants supplies all the food and beverage services for the Diamondbacks, Suns and Coyotes.

We are looking for a Maintenance person to assist keeping equipment running for all of our great events. The position is full time seasonal and requires non-standard hours. (weekend, holiday and evening availability is a must)
Prefer some experience in refrigeration and electrical. Commercial knowledge a plus. Must know how to read a schematic and work independently.

The Concession Section Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering "best-in-class" fan experience
to customers of Wrigley Field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, personable,
consistent, energetic, engaging, proactive and welcoming.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Cubs
  and Levy Restaurants, 'Marquee Moments'
*Communicate, teach, delegate and organize Team Members within an assigned section
*Verify inventory, track all spoilage, validate stock received and transferred out
*Oversee staff in the assigned section ensuring proper uniform and grooming standards     

*Ability to conduct and troubleshoot all money transactions, including picking up a bank,
cash distribution, register audits and change orders
*Ensure all areas are keeping up with demand for product without over supplying

Comply with health department standards, upholding these regulations at all times. Does weekly walk throughs with Stewarding, Supervisors and Kitchen Sanitation management.
 

Delegates and Assigns the set-up and breakdown of Plating lines, including stocking of plates and various food items, maintaining cleanliness at all times.  Assigns with all cooks and stewards all organization of kitchen coolers, shelves and dry storage to make sure right levels of food and staples are readily available. Fills out requisitions and short lists as needed.
 

Delegates and assists in daily preparation and production charts as it relates to business for the day, Week, Month. Assists with posting sheets, highlighting items that are done for the day, week and month.
Works and monitors employees on scheduled shift, and does not allow the other cooks to leave building or work station without proper approval from supervisor

The Concession Kitchen Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering "best-in-class" fan experience
to customers of Wrigley Field. The ideal candidate will be passionate, personable,
consistent, energetic, engaging, proactive and welcoming.

Responsibilities:
*Deliver best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Cubs
  and Levy Restaurants, 'Marquee Moments'
*Communicate, teach, delegate and organize Team Members within an assigned kitchen
*Verify inventory, track all spoilage, validate stock received and transferred out
*Oversee kitchen staff in the assigned stand ensuring proper uniform and grooming standards
*Ensure all areas are keeping up with demand for product without over supplying
*Responsible for keeping work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards
*Memorize the product menu available at each concession location
*Ability to follow recipe specifications and prepare foods to proper presentation standards
*Ensure all food is cooked, held and stored within sanitation guidelines.
*Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately and in an efficient manner.

Required Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*High School diploma or GED
*Ability to perform arithmetic in terms of par levels and inventory
*Ability to reach, push, pull, bend and stoop
*Ability to perform under extreme work conditions in a fast paced environment
*Ability to work at fast pace and walk up and down stairs and ramps
*Ability to stand for entire shift
*Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds (50lbs)

Responsibilities:
*Deliver best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Cubs
  and Levy Restaurants, 'Marquee Moments'
*Accurately deliver all food, beverage and paper stock through out
the venue in a timely manner, documenting transfers of products
*Responsible for rotating food products during the stocking process following FIFO
*Responsible for keeping work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards
*Memorize the product menu available at each concession location
*Ability to work well in a team-oriented, faced paced, event driven environment
*Responsible for using and caring for vehicles and equipment within applicable safety standards
*Respond quickly and effectively to requests of Managers and other Team Members

Required Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*High School diploma or GED
*Ability to reach, push, pull, bend and stoop
*Ability to perform under extreme work conditions in a fast paced environment
*Able to work at a fast pace and move product up and down stairs and ramps
*Ability to stand for entire shift
*Ability to lift and carry items up to 75 pounds (75lbs)
*Able to perform basic arithmetic

*Deliver best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Cubs
  and Levy Restaurants, 'Marquee Moments'
*Responsible for checking all POS and that they are on-line and in communication with the Main
  Computer Network
*Responsible for checking all connectivity of computers and printers throughout the Ballpark
*Responsible for hardware and software install and upgrades
*Ability to troubleshoot any computer issues that effect daily operations
*Responsible for keeping work area and surroundings clean and organized

Required Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills
*Must be 18 years of age or older
*Some college level technical education preferred
*Must have working knowledge of a computer
*Knowledge of Microsoft
*Ability to reach, push, pull, bend and stoop
*Ability to perform under extreme work conditions in a fast paced environment
*Ability to stand for entire shift
*Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds (50lbs)
*Able to perform basic arithmetic

Responsibilities:
*Deliver best-in-class guest service through all touch points via the Cubs
  and Levy Restaurants, 'Marquee Moments'
*Conduct sales transactions for food and beverage products
*Prepare simple foods and beverages utilizing the company recipes and portion standards
*Responsible for accepting payment from customers and making change as necessary
*Responsible for keeping work area and surroundings clean using sanitation standards
*Ability to memorize the menu selection available at each concession location
*Follow policies and procedures including alcohol regulations
*Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of the event

Required Qualifications:
*Excellent communication skills
*Cashier experience preferred
*Must be 21 years of age or older
*High School diploma or GED
*Ability to operate cash register
*Ability to reach, push, pull, bend and stoop
*Ability to work in all weather conditions
*Able to work in a fast paced environment
